Great Little Stove -
First off I'll have to say the shipping on this item was great. It arrived ahead of the projected date and in fine shape.
As for the Stove itself: We've had the stove for over a month and it has done a great job. It does exactly what it was made to do for the size of room/s it is rated for. We wanted something to add a little warmth to a back bedroom and bath, and this little stove does the job and then some.
The stove is well built, but yet easy to move around if needed. The remote is a real nice feature and works well. And I'll have to admit I was pleasantly surprised on how nice the "fire/flame" feature looks. We live in a log home and the stove fits in great with the decor.
All in all a really nice supplemental heat source, a good price, and in my opinion, worth it.

Got a great deal and a great heater! This thing has been working 24/7 for the last couple weeks. Temps were down as low as 8 degrees here, but I stayed warm. The thermostat seems to work well, so set it and forget it. It's quiet, puts out lots of heat and the flames look good. Good quality. It's also a cat magnet. As far as they know, it's a real fireplace!
Adds Warmth and Ambience to My Kitchen - 
I purchased this for my kitchen which is a large room with 9' ceilings. I wanted something to take the chill out on winter mornings, and this does it. I doubt it would heat an entire room since it is really only a space heater, but I have mine directed toward the table, and it keeps us warm while we are eating and adds a bit of ambience as well.

Absolutely wonderful little stove. Works great as a room heater. The fire is very realistic which adds to the charm of the season. There is snow on the ground where I live and the temp has been in the minus column for a week now. The thermostat makes this a completely hands free item. Took it out of the box, plugged it in and have been enjoying it 24/7 ever since.

This product better than expected -
The Dimplex Compact Electric Stove is small, but looks so authentic. I
sometimes glance at it while unawares, and start to believe that the fire in the box is real. It is the most realistic portable fire place I have ever experienced. Believe it is a most remarkable product. The only feature I was not impressed with is the weak fan system. I think they could have installed one with a little more speed and quality to it.
I would buy this product again if I found a need for two of them.
