4 inches shorter than advertised -
Upon opening the package, the curtains looked nice, but were quite wrinkled. When I hung them up with my 84" sheers, they were 4" shorter than the sheers (both pairs were consistently 4" short). I returned them almost two weeks ago and still have not heard anything back from the company. When I called about returning them, the rep didn't believe me that they were short, and said that the ones that she measured that she had right there were 84 1/2". How do the ones she had with her have anything to do with the ones I have here?
